IMPORTANT – COVID 19 SALON PROCEDURES
Please read the following before visiting the salon for your appointments.
We are operating a contactless payment system in advance of treatment and therefore kindly ask you to make payment upon booking, this will ensure a smoother running of the salon day and help prevent a crossover of clients. You can pay by Card Payment over the phone upon booking or you can log in to our online portal and pay for your booking there.
If you have made an online booking and paid online or have a priority booking voucher, then obviously this does not apply.
Expired vouchers will be added to a waiting list and released limiting how many can be used in one day. Reward treatments will not be available until further notice.
We will be now be enforcing our cancellation policy in order for us to survive financially and manage our team while on flexible furlough, therefore
- 48 hours notice required for cancellation and your full payment can be transferred to your next appointment
- Less than 48 hours for cancellation a 50% fee will be charged
- Less than 24 hours notice for cancellation or a no show – the full payment will be charged.
- Refunds will not be given, only a salon credit.
To ensure your safety and the safety of others –
- Please arrive wearing a mask
- Please wait at the door and you will be greeted by a member of staff.
- Hands must be sanitised; sanitiser is available just inside the door
- Please come alone
- Please arrive at your exact time, we cannot accommodate early or late arrivals
- Please do not bring any personal items that are not essential
- Please do not handle/use your mobile phones or any other personal possessions while in the salon
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide drinks or magazines
- Late arrivals may lose their appointment and will be charged
- Non arrivals will lose their full payment
Your declaration –
You must cancel your appointment if you, members of your household or people you have had close contact with, show any signs of COVID 19 –
- A Temperature or Fever
- A constant dry cough
- Loss of smell and taste
- Shortness of Breath
Our promise to you –
- We will wear face visors and masks and wear gloves where possible
- Keep you social distanced as much as possible and as safe as possible
- Follow strict hygiene & sanitation procedures
- Make sure you have a fab treatment!
I would be grateful of your patience and understanding as this is going to be a new way of working for us and may take some getting used to. We financially will be playing catch up for some time after having no income for 4 months, so please try and understand why there are some new procedures etc in place.

The salon is pleased to be able to offer you car parking to the rear of the building, however we have limited spaces and therefore can only offer this to you during your treatment time. Please do not leave your car before or after your appointment or this may result in another client unable to make use of this facility. Cars are parked at your own risk.
